"Multi Services" by Henri Gustave BODJE is the application that won first place in the AIRTEL App Awards competition. His application attracted the most attention from the jury and the public. It won the sum of €1 million, a tablet and a year's 3G internet connection.

Second prize went to Auguste Compaoré's 'Guslists' application, which won 500,000 francs, and third prize went to Amenyah-Afilsah's 'Faso en poche', which won 250,000 francs. The competition reached its climax on Thursday 4 June, with a total of 75 applications developed for Burkina Faso competing.

The director of TCANALYSE had the difficult task of chairing the competition. With a wealth of experience in the field of digital technologies, he was able to apply his critical mind to the task. The aim of the competition was to stimulate innovation among young people and promote the emergence of start-ups developing applications that meet local needs. This vision is shared by TICANALYSE, which has set up BEOOGO LAB, a start-up incubator in Burkina Faso.
